 A rare and precious flower:
 The cherry blossom tea ceremony is a unique experience, reserved for very special occasions in Japan such as weddings. This sweet flower with a soft pink color is rare, because its harvest is a subtle art. In fact, it must be harvested by hand during the short flowering period of 15 days without damaging the flowers, then dry them one by one in the sun. The flowers shrink as they dry, and expand to their full size in hot water. In addition to its unique beauty, cherry blossom is rich in antioxidants and flavonoids.
 Cultivation of cherry blossoms:
 Whole, naturally dried cherry blossoms are very rare and it is almost impossible to find them in Europe. They are traditionally eaten in Japan marinated in plum vinegar then as an infusion, and this version is more easily found. For our part, we have selected whole, naturally dried flowers, perfect for floral infusion. Prunus Serrulatta cherry blossoms commonly grow in Asia in Japan, China and Korea. Our Sakura flowers are harvested by hand in China in the sublime province of Anhui.
 The Cherry Blossom floral ritual: Infuse 4 to 6 cherry blossoms in your cup (approximately 250ml at 80°C), and admire the petals soak up water and come back to life before your eyes. An invitation to contemplation, a precious gift of nature to taste.
